Infos about Tantra practice

Tantra teaches different breaths for different purposes. Some of the most used techniques are to increase energy and to retain energy without going over the top. Tantra gains all the more significance in the present times when every person has no spare time on hands. One cannot be expected to devote several hours each day to long Sadhana procedures. Tantra encourages us to enjoy more fully the world in which we live, as a way to access other worlds. Tantra does not believe in self-abnegation or renouncing sensual pleasures to gain the bliss of the Self. By integrating normal desires along with our super-normal desires (the desire for Self-fulfillment Self-empowerment), we can become one with Truth. Tantra is an eminent science having thousands of principles. In fact, it is the system of our life and a science of practice and practical knowledge. Tantra is of the Hindu, Jain, and Buddhism newer class of beliefs and traditions which concern powerful ritual acts of mind, body, and speech. They are newer doctrine and sometimes debased in value by the orthodox schools of esoteric philosophy. Tantra massage is my passion. Aren´t we always good at the things we love? Tantra is for people of heroic temperament, already presumably healthy. Anyone interested in practicing Tantra should have done considerable work on him/herself before beginning on the path. Tantra as empowerment is a way of reclaiming oneself, finding out who you are, learning tools to access who you are, and then practicing the Tantra techniques, exercises and practices. Tantra allows one a way of manifesting the life you want - the abundance you seek, the lower or beloved of your dreams, the harmonious and passionate relationship and love life you desire with the one you already have, the car or house of your dreams, and so on. Tantra is also practiced in some temples of north India such as Kamakhya temple in Assam, Jagannath temple in Puri and Vishwanath temple in Varanasi. Girish says: "These are the centres where real tantric rituals are performed once in a year for the purification of the temple and its surroundings.
